Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026. Draft for legal review.

These terms are an agreement between you and Milkyas Amine about using Peeko. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Using the app

You can use Peeko on iPhones you own or control, for your own personal use.

Your mascots

You keep the rights to the photos and words you put in. Only upload pictures you have the right to use, and only of people who have agreed to it. Don’t use the mascot maker to make anything that is sexual, hateful, violent, harmful to minors, or that impersonates someone. We may refuse or remove a request that breaks these rules.

AI-made mascots

Mascots drawn by AI are made by our partners’ models. They may not look exactly like what you asked for, and similar mascots may be made for other people. You may use the mascots you make for personal use.

Free while testing

The app is free while we test it. If we add paid features later, we’ll show the price and terms before you pay, and purchases will go through Apple.

No guarantees

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every reminder will appear. Don’t rely on it for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medication.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the app or a feature.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and tell you in the app if the changes are important.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
